Removed from a FlashForge Guider 1 3D printer. Originally thought the power supply was the fault so I decided to replace all of the capacitors in the PSU with good quality panasonic capacitors with Low ESR.
This was not the fault but the power supply has now effectively been rebuilt and works perfectly.
