Return Policy

Second-Hand Items

All second-hand and refurbished items are sold as-is and are non-returnable, unless they arrive not working or significantly different from their described condition.

If your item is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to assist with assessment.


Electrical Items

All electrical and electronic items must be installed or tested by a qualified technician.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions. Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the item has been damaged or altered after installation.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

     
  • The item has not been installed, used, or modified in any way (by the customer or a technician).
  •  
  • The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  •  
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved change of mind returns.
  •  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return

  • Supporting photos or videos, if applicable

We will assess your request and provide further instructions.


Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Custom, clearance, or “as-is” marked items are non-returnable.

  • Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by incorrect use, modification, or improper installation.
