GoodWe Cable Cover - Suit EH Plus, EHB , ET Battery Inverter AS/NZS 5139:2019

These covers are designed to suit your GoodWe battery inverters to make them compliant with the battery standard AS/NZS 5139:2019. Specifically Clause 5.3.1.4.3 — "For battery systems operating at DVC-B or DVC-C, the cable between the overcurrent protection device and the power conversion equipment (PCE) shall have mechanical protection."

This is a simple way to make your inverter compliant, and it also has the benefit of looking neat and professional too!

Features

• Customised to each GoodWe model series
• No joiners — printed as one whole piece
• 3mm solid plastic — strong and can be cut or drilled to accommodate conduit or additional cable entry points
• Pre-drilled 5mm holes for easy mounting
• No logos on the front — clean matte black look
• Infill panel at the bottom with a 40mm gap at the back to allow conduit pass-through (message us if you want full infill to the wall)
• Chamfered internal edges for strength
• Deep enough to accommodate GoodWe Wi-Fi dongles and communication accessories

Material

The covers are 3D printed from PETG filament. PETG is:

• UV resistant (suitable for outdoor installation)
• Chemical resistant
• Impact resistant
• Recyclable (Resin ID Code 2)

Unlike injection moulding, the 3D printed process means covers may have minor surface finish variation — this is a natural characteristic of the process. The upside is efficient use of material, fast design iteration, and no minimum order quantities.

Warranty

All covers come with a 2 year replacement warranty covering cracking, excessive UV damage, and other manufacturing defects. Excludes damage resulting from incorrect installation.
